By downloading or using the SoloTabu app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use SoloTabu.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SoloTabu for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in any unlawful way. The content of the game (cards, artwork, name and logo) belongs to SoloTabu and may not be copied without permission.

SoloTabu is supported by advertising. Any optional purchases are handled by your app store, which manages billing and refunds under its own terms.

SoloTabu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloTabu and its team are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
